This Master Service Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a binding legal contract between Love & Keeley Co. Systems ("Provider") and the verified business entity ("Client").
Access to the L&K Infrastructure is strictly limited to verified B2B entities. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind your organization to these terms.
L&K Systems provides a specialized digital infrastructure designed exclusively for Transactional and Operational Communication. This includes automated workflow notifications, system alerts, invoices, and logistics coordination. The Service is explicitly NOT designed for marketing, promotional, or mass-broadcast email campaigns.

By creating a workspace and providing a business email address, the Client explicitly consents to receive electronic communications from L&K Systems, including system alerts, security notifications, and administrative messages required for the Service operation.
The Provider maintains a Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding Unsolicited Commercial Email (Spam). Violation of this policy will result in immediate termination.
The Service is provided "as is". While L&K Systems strives for 99.9% uptime, the Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the delay of notification packets.
